Q: What is Erase Your Soul?
A: Erase Your Soul is a clothing brand and lifestyle concept established by the Swedish designer and artist, known as falsk.

Q: What is the purpose of Erase Your Soul?
A: Erase Your Soul encourages individuals to continuously refine and reinvent themselves, shedding outdated beliefs, habits, and limitations, much like erasing the obsolete parts of one's soul.

Q: What are the seven 9's, 9999999?
A: At the heart of Erase Your Soul's branding lies the seven 9's. The 9's symbolize the approach towards flawlessness, emphasizing that while reaching 100% perfection is impossible, we should still strive to achieve 99.9999999% – or the seven 9's.

Returns & Refunds

Full Return & Refund Policy

Q: What products are eligible for a return?
A: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: How can I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, you can either:
- Use our Return Page
- Head to your account order page, where you can see and manage all your orders.
- Contact us at contact@eraseyoursoul.com.

Please note, if you choose to contact us via email, your email must contain the following:
- Legal first name + second name
- Email address
- Phone number with country code
- Order number
- What product you want to return (please use the correct name or link to the product)
- Specify why you want to return or exchange the product.
- If you want to exchange, please specify what color, size and product you want to exchange.

If your return is accepted, you may send the package back using your courier of choice.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: Is there a time limit for returning a product?
A: Yes, products must be returned within 14 days of recieving the package. Any returns after this period may not be accepted.

Q: Will I have to pay for return shipping?
A: It depends on where the package was shipped to.

1. For internationel shipments:
Yes. All costs related to return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. For domestic shipments:
No. We offer free returns on domestic shipments when using the provided return label.

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive the returned product, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Q: Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
A: Yes, we offer exchanges for products in terms of size or color. Please note that we can not exchange to different products. Follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.

Q: What if my product arrived damaged or incorrect?

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship domestically within Sweden and internationally to the US, Canda, England and ALL countries within the European Union.

Q: If I order outside of the European Union, do I have to pay customs, duties, and taxes?
A: Yes. The customer will need to pay customs, duties and taxes on orders placed and shipped outside of the European Union(unless your country has a trade agreement with the EU).

Q: Where can I track my shipment?
A: You can track your shipment using our integrated track order tool, or the couriers own tracking service.
You can find your order number and tracking number on the invoice/confirmation email that you received upon completing a purchase.

A: There are many benefits of joining the 9's.
Below is a list of current benefits:
- You'll be able to manage orders easily on your account page.
- You'll have a faster checkout experience as you can save and manage your addresses.
- You'll receive information about upcoming releases and other things before everyone else.
- You'll receive member discounts and offers in the future.

Q: Is there any future plans for the 9's?
A: Yes. There are a lot of things planned in the future, exclusively available, for the 9's.
We believe that continuous support should be awarded accordingly.
